The Bufab Trainee program is tailor-made for new graduates and the program is based on a genuine need within the company and we can therefore offer challenging positions after the end of the program. Our traineeprogram is designed to give you a career development experience that drives you to the global stage.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly qualified talents with a passion  for driving development and a burning desire to grow and develop. You are social and responsible with good language skills. You need to be a teamplayer - we strongly believe in teamwork in each part of Bufab, local and global.

You also need to be flexible; the global nature of our operations may involve relocating in the future. The Bufab group language is English, which you should speak and write fluently. Additional language skills are valued, especially as we continue to grow into new markets.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in either business, marketing, supply chain, engineering or economics
• A willingness to experience working abroad and the  ability to work in a multicultural environment
• An interest in leading other people
• Excellent knowledge of English and the language of  the position you are applying to
• Authorization to work in Sweden or EU citizenship
• Driving licence

What we offer

We offer you challenging tasks where you are fully inte-grated into the team, tasks including sales, supply chain, project management and much more.

The program lasts for one semester and contains an introduction, with various periods of practical experience within our different departments followed by different projects which some of them are connected to your future position within Bufab. You will also get the opportunity to work at your future workplace during the program.

We are confident that the practical elements combined with theory will give you a unique education and work experience.

We start the program on the 15th of September and the main part will take place in Värnamo, Sweden, at our headquarter.
